Have you seen C.O.P.S.? I'm watching it now and it's really underrated, I would have loved it as a kid. The bad guys are so wild looking, Bart Sears did the designs and I think he was inspired by Dick Tracy in making some really kooky bad guys. The voice acting is good and gives the characters a lot personality. Plus it's just badass, there's lots of cool future gadgets and vehicles it's trying to sell you and half the guys are cyborgs
