It's not super deep, but Clay Puppington hard carries the show. Even how goofy he can be doesn't detract from his serious moments. It's hard to take the rape episode seriously when you see Bendy be okay with fucking the Principal, but I appreciate the balls they had with portraying Sculptham jerking off to her rapist.

Moral Orel was famously canceled early into season 3's production and they had to ditch w bunch of subplots and character arcs that are set up earlier in the season
