The MAIN character of Marvel Comics
That's not Reed Richards
That's not Captain America
OP here. Sorry, I uploaded the wrong file.
>>153124445lol
>>153124483>Civil War; this will prove my point about characters lol
Marvel was better when Marvel Team-Up and Marvel Two-In-One were a thing. The effort to make things line up and make sense even if some characters are punching bank robbers and some are on an alien planet fighting lizardmen was well worth it.
>>153124456lol
.....is the CHADulk!!
>>153124504also solo avengers which was Hawkeye and friends
>>153124439Spider Cuck!!!
>>153124439That's not Iron Man
>>153125384That ain't falco.
>>153124439My hero!
>>153124439That's not the Paultacular Paul Rabin.
>>153124439>Webzips the Bible.See! His deal with the Devil didn't just come from nowhere!
>>153124439this paul thing is getting old fast mods/jannies delwte this thread please.
>>153124439That's not Ironman/Captain America
>>153126292ooc trash written by Quesadilla and Slutt.
>>153126495Iron Man is the main character of the movies, but Spider-Man is the guy who for a while had 4 ongoings and is used as the measurement stick for how Marvel characters are "supposed" to work.
>>153126215
>>153126946
>>153126946Peter has always suffered a lot during his battles, often on the brink of death, just like in this classic issue. Crying about it is stupid. The problem is when the writer doesn't knows how to do it properly. My hero!
>>153124439pretty much yeah
>>153124439Can't argue with that.
>>153124439This is a Spider-Man dying thread now
>>153130106Wow that's retarded
>>153124439He's the main character of American superhero comics. He's the GOAT but I think I gravitate more towards Superman's stuff.
>>153130212
For a character that is Marvel's biggest money printer, they sure do like to make him suffer.
>>153130403
>>153124458>flop edition
>>153130516
>>153130403>make him suffer. That's Spider-man's "thing". I relate to him so much.
>>153130565
>>153130418Ruins feels like an exception, in a way, since everybody got it in that miniseries.
>>153130583
>>153126536>MeasurmentAgain that's what Capt and Xmen do also
>DC is crushing it with Absolute line>Marvel's biggest sales gimmick in recent memory is "Hey remember that character you all hate? We just killed him. Does that give us points....?"
>>153130677
>>153130677>"Hey remember that character you all hate? We just killed him. Does that give us points....?"It gave them points but now morale is low and even cbrkeks have given up on Death Spiral and don't expect the story to go where we want where did it go so wrong bros...
>>153130677LMAO. It's OVER for Marvel. Restore the MJ and Peter marriageverse now!
>>153131029>marywhorefaggingepic cringe
>>153131117
>>153131029Spotted a rare marycuntfag
>>153124439Is Paul behind this whiny cuck in front?
>>153130212First one was better. Not that that’s saying much.
>>153127119That was what I liked about it. He sometimes couldn't rely on his powers to win and got his ass kicked a lot. Pic related is an example of a fight he loses. Superman seemed too overpowered in comparison.
>>153124627
>>153130106>no retarded plot armor>Marvel wasn't cockscuking him, unlike other characters >some comics I didn't know about, now I can read themWhy should I be mad? >>153131963Spider-Man deserved to become Marvel's most popular hero back in the 1960s. Romita and Ditko's runs feel like deconstructions of the genre without the shit that makes it "mature"And in the 1960s! The hero won't give up and he will usually win in the end, okay. But look, how much he suffers, how he can't win some fights in a conventional way, multiple conflicts in a single issue, a villain with a secret identity, and the hero sometimes can be a piece of shit
Amazing Spider-Man #3!
>>153132869>deconstructions of the genreI would say from the beginning. Those Amazing Fantasy stories often had a Twilight Zone-like twist ending, and the original Spiderman story was supposed to be an unexpected tragic ending. I never really caught that until I read some of the other stories n AF.
>>153124483You don't even have a family
>>153130212Not as retarded as Wade killing Ghost rider, Doom, Galactus and Uatu
>>153124439a fellow Peterbro.
>>153124439As popular as Spider-Man is, he's not the focus of enough events. At best he got Spider-Island and that wasn't on the same level of stuff like King in Black. If I was tasked with coming up with yearly events for Marvel, every other one would revolve around Peter.
>>153124439That's not Eternity.

>>153134765>>153134770Trad might be the hottest outfit ever.
>>153134904hate when trad means the woman loses all curves
>>153134770>>153134781>>153134904Is this the first time we've seen them actually married and with kids? Looks like all those complaining feliciafags finally got what they wanted. Even though it's fake it's better than spamming fanart and AI images of it.
>>153134904A boy would be enough imho but I guess trad family means two.>>153135121Don't be a loser now anon.>>153135035You can see there's curves under that dress.

>>153135303>>153134725She's narrating what happened later. Not sure if to the reader or another char.
>>153135315It's weird and I hate it. I hate everything about this run
>>153135315or talking to a mirror
>>153135280That Gwen has nothing to do with Marvel Rivals.
>>153134758Why can't Gwen be normal? it's like she's always releasing female scent and her character wasn't like that
>>153130295Ironically this was easier to swallow because the plan to kill him actually felt smart(hiding a bomb inside a dummy made to look like Doctor Octopus, so Spider-Man would assume his spider sense going off was because of a villain, not the bomb).Plus earlier in the issue the Punisher tried sniping him twice. Spider-Man dodged both bullets, and Punisher immediately got the fuck out of there because after that he realized he was not going to be able to kill Spider-Man with a gun.
>>153134904>TradwifeBoring but they're supposed to be normal here so whatever
>>153132172
>>153135421Stop being weird.
