Another anon posted about this, but I recently found out that the chaotic style of Natural Born Killers was inspired by Elektra: Assassin by Frank Miller and Bill Sienkiewicz, as Oliver Stone was set to direct an adaptation screenplay that ended up being entirely rewritten.
