I can fully understand and like the story of the Black Stars and their philosophy of tyranny and order from the part of this issue, that's all fine. What I can't understand is why this random women appeared out of nowhere, practically derailed the story, and is generally just a confusing person who doesn't have anything to do with the story and feels very out of place.
