Speaking of winning, that's 1 of a confirmed hard 50 Viltrumites, Including Nolan, Thragg, Annissa, Kregg, Lucan, and Thula, who we know will happen to. So that's 44.

Then we have the Viltrumite Zoey killed, Conquest, the two Jailors, who Nolan and Allen killed, and one or two killed this most recent episode along with two named minor Viltrumites Kradd and Vidor. So that's 7-8 more.

So that makes like 35-36 more Viltrumites there could possibly be (not including Thaddeus)

There are some hybrid Viltrumites mixed in that are weaker, so it's hard to actually gauge the numbers. But at the end of the Viltrumite War, Thragg outright states that there are only 37 left, which may or may not count Nolan and/or Mark.

Not just that, the lobster is an animal. It has no intelligence, no body like humans or Thraxans. It's like a human looking at an ape at a zoo and going "Woah, that is one sexy monkey"
Plus Oliver looks for more viltrumite than Thraxan, he only looks at Humans(who look like Viltrumites) and only sees a human when he looks in the mirror, but his aesthetic comes from the very little Thraxan DNA in him?
None of that makes sense, it's just an excuse of the author to add creepy implications in his comics.
