>This September, Alex Ross returns to the Marvel Universe with Marvel Dimensions, a new graphic novel from Marvel and Abrams ComicArts under the Marvel Arts line, arriving September 1, 2026. Written and illustrated by Ross, the book builds on his work in Fantastic Four: Full Circle with a sweeping story that revisits the origins and early days of Marvel’s most iconic heroes through his signature painted style.>Ahead of the release, Marvel will debut eighteen pieces from Marvel Dimensions as variant covers across select titles starting in June. These covers present Marvel heroes as larger-than-life figures, featuring group shots of teams like the Fantastic Four, Avengers, and X-Men alongside striking individual portraits, all rendered with Ross’ detailed and dramatic approach.>“I’m really excited for people to check out Marvel Dimensions,” Ross said. “These variant covers are just a small look at the ambition I put into the entire project.”>Starting this June, 18 new VARIANT COVERS FROM MARVEL DIMENSIONS by the legendary Alex Ross featuring art from Marvel Dimensions, an upcoming hardcover from Marvel and Abrams ComicArts.
>>153142791Alex Ross Madame Masque confirmed. But a lot of the covers have weird cropping, so seems better to have the actual graphic novel they advertise than these covers.
Full Circle was great so here's hoping it's good
>>153142711>>153142732Huh, so it’s not just Silver Age?
>>153142704SEX WITH SCARLET WITCH
>>153143790It looks like, his hate for everything after silver age seems gone (only if they extra pay him some extra bucks)
>>153143842I wonder if you’re right… or if Giant-Size is just so important to the X-Men in particular that they’re his one exception.
>>153143790It's whatever Ross likes to draw or write about
>>153143790He drew Venom and Apocalypse for the villains mural. And Giant-Size X-Men is as early as possible in that iteration.
>>153142704My man Hercules
>>153143842That is just for DC
>>153143788The interiors do seem rather out there for this GN
>>153142677I really like this one
>>153146499The blue back spider is something I think some fan redesigns and artists in general could bring back in some new way. Could be cool. >>153142791Soul overload with the Iron Man villains. >>153142767>>153142775Stuff like these pieces make me think why the hell Marvel has never made a new trading card series or at least made one in the 00's with Alex's art. Maybe cards wouldn't sell now but damn...his style would work well for them.Anyway, if it turns out to be really good, I might pick it up but I swore to never gove any money to Marvel again after Spencer's run so, I dunno.
>>153146730>I swore to never gove any money to Marvel again after Spencer's runWas his Spider-Man run really that bad, or where you mad because they kicked him out and threw his run to the trash?
>>153147590Fuck I'm tired. Typos are rough. The latter. That pissed me off.I will admit the ending arcs of his run are a bit rough. But some of it could have gone faster and some of it maybe could be blamed on him. But it is pretty obvious he got screwed over by editorial with how incoherent it got and the sudden swerve away from a previous issue's ending splash page as well as leaked art that Ben Reilly would have been included as part of the Spider-crew to help Peter. Lowe is a mega faggot.
>>153143788Yeah, I hope.
>>153142682Oh. I like this one.
>>153142767>>153142775These two are my favorites.
>>153142682Is Ross the only guy at Marvel who cares about Hank and Janet?
>>153142682Ross, you are forever a great man for this
>>153142791Ross is based for putting Ironman's great rogues in the background.
>>153151222Al Ewing, Jed Mackay and Christos Gage seem like the only writers that have Hank's corner currently. Janet wise I'm not sure what writers have her back but Ewing also gave her some focus when he could with the Wasp Mini that brought the Creature of Kosmos back and Avengers inc.
>>153142665I'm hulking out
>>153151253Yeah, that one is really good.
>>153142665Can this fucking hack nigger get stabbed to death already
>>153154666Begone with your shitty taste and satanic trips
>>153154666>hackWhy?
>>153142665what is abrams comic art why isnt marvel publishing it
>>153155363>why isnt marvel publishing itThey're allergic to publish good shit
>>153155866Well, that and they don't have the money needed to pay Alex Ross what he's worth. Also, Marvel Editorial apparently has subpar marketing skills, so going through them wouldn't be worth it.
