If they ever made a live action adaption with the same characters, I would keep the voice cast the same. There would need to be a new Hudson. Either John Rhys-Davies (as he wouldn't be playing Macbeth) or Brendan Gleeson doing a Scottish accent. The humans? I don't know who I'd cast as Elisa. She's half black and half Native American, but that's not a common combo with actresses. Perhaps requiring to do half black and half Latina with Native blood. She has a Spanish surname anyway. Xanatos, we'd need someone who has the build and can be charismatic and smug but also likable. The only name who comes to mind is Chris Evans. Gerard Butler as Macbeth. Don't know what else.

After Stones's suggestion, he re-worked the pitch and added inspiration from Hill Street Blues and his own comics career. He also came up with a lot of the characters, storylines, worldbuilding, but had to trim that down after the second pitch was also turned down. For the show itself, Weisman and Frank Paur were the showrunners, with Cary Bates as story editor. He's been maintaining the show's timeline long after it ended and has been writing the comic books for SLG and Dynamite.

I watched this series as a kid and in retrospective it surprised me how much stand alone most of the chapters are and yet there is a lot of world building in them. It remind me how comic book storytelling used to be before they shifted to the decompressive narrative instead.
