Lana is "Kryptonian" now because of the shenanigans that happened to her at the end of New52, but she being drop down human left her immune to the effects of kryptonite.Lois is also technically half Kryptonian too because Clark probably undid all of Absolute power shenanigans, but he and Zod will face each other soon now that zod also restored his powers too.It makes you wonder if Clark has Krypton in his mind right now and he plans to restore it back.
