no exactly. chad is combo between tom and boss as you see it skips trad goth and failure on the spectrum. it's very unstable fusion which is why the gigiachad meme can be misused so often for shock value of the viewer. if an actual really strong character that can handle soul shatter is used then it's based but if it's not then it's cringe so it goes to the larp category of normie but if its ai generated joke then it's npc.
