There's an easy solution to Kenny's lack of relevance: make him Cartman's sidekick, replacing Butters.Unlike Butters, who needs to be roped into shit most of the time, Kenny has no problem working alongside Cartman. Plus, Butters has grown more assertive, so there is no reason he is still under Cartman's thumb outside of plot reasons. Plus, Kenny and Cartman are literally BFFs, it's canon.
There is no solution to anything, it's a show that's been going 30 years that is shit now. It should have ended 10 years ago to have any dignity.
