It should be pretty clear by now that McKay and Simone's books are actually decent when they can just exist for one or two storylines in between events but then that momentum always gets disrupted for the next linewide crossover status quo disruptor. Gail's AOR tie-in was barely connected and she just used it to do more of a Gambit character study as best she could
