Seasons 3’s ending was too much for me with the cuck implications and how retarded Karl Urban’s character started acting. Then having it immediately followed by a scene of the French dude having gay nigger sex and not getting with the Asian chick at all. I couldn’t handle it. Dropped the show right then and there. It’s amazing how quickly this show tanked itself. I just wanted a cool series about regular dudes secretly killing superheroes 1000 times more powerful than them. But I got propaganda instead.

People walked on eggshells even at the thought of having Homelander show up, because he can and would kill you at the snap of a finger. A Train is so fast you can’t run away. There was some decent writing about being careful to avoid this and taking precautions because one fuck up and they’re dead.Despite following the comics, it’s a lot less interesting when it’s just power level shit. The season premier has Homelander capturing all the boys before Starlight shows up and Homelander decides to 1v1 Butcher and ignore everyone else.Even when he had them all tied up, all I could think is why are they even tied up? Why hasn’t he just killed them all? And then kill Starlight when she shows up. It’s too much suspension of belief - Homelander just destroys random people all the time, but then can kill people who actually threaten him and won’t.
