I have no idea why they made Eggy such an asshole this episode.She is not exactly my favorite character and she's kind of been stained by outside factors with that APOY dude (good god he's fucking gone), but it felt but weird how her personality suddenly changed for this episode to be this mean? Not sure on the direction of her character going forward being that good, but oh well.

Episode done. Mostly seemed to be seeding more mystery than really giving more character moments to anyone. The characters who had the most focus were Snowball, Fries and Puffball. Given how prominent Snowball's role was and how all the kiddies still side extremely hard with Grassy thanks to TPOT 19's ending, any vote for rejoin among those banished by Two is guaranteed to be his win.Kinda disappointing that Fanny is just falling upwards towards the atmosphere. RIP any chance to reincorporate her lost mouth.

Was praying that the BFDI crew would learn from the previous mistakes done with Four, Taco II and MePhone and figure out how to do a villain worth forgiveness. They tapped into a really, really interesting story vein with One's insecurities and it'll suck so hard if they just throw it all away to make her just a jerk who doesn't even have the same voice actor delivering her.

>>153214955it's pretty common with elimination type shows actually, writers constantly feel the need to "one up" the previous season but because of the nature of it being an ensemble cast competing for some reward they don't really have the freedom to create a bigger narrative or change the stakesthe result is either the focus completely shifts from "ha ha contestants go brr" like this or all the stuff the contestants do gets bumped up to the extreme to the point where the characters may not even exist as they're just tools for the slapstick (like what Total Drama went through)
