Long story short, it's roughly after Betsy has taken over Kwannon's body and been "reborn." Her shared ties to the Hand lead to conflict with the recently "reborn" Elektra, who is more confident in her own body, whereas Betsy's memories were previously buried until reuniting with Wolverine and Jubilee. They have some kind of psychic tie, and have been fighting.

Elektra manages to manipulate her into a room where it appears there's X-Men present, and kisses Betsy for some reason, before trying to stab her.
