If everyone just isolated themselves and could maintain that, then there would be no conflict and racism wouldn't be an issue. And popular culture amplifying that conflict can be disastrous but it can also cancel it out. Yes, FD is a bit too extreme of a person who is too deep into politics without ever actually engaging in it or if he does engage in it heavy, he is just a bit too radical and assumptive of what white people's perspective is.
