What's the worst Season 1 episode?
i looked up the episode list so i could answer the question but they're all great lol, no wonder this show became such a hit
The Paper, probably, but it's not a bad episode, just the weakest of the bumch.
There are none. All of season 1-3 are gold.

>>153248934The Paper is funny as fuck and the only people that call it "weak" do so because they rarely saw it at the time and have a mild nostalgia bias. The one where Squidward transforms into a snail is the weakest because there's just not much actually funny that happens in it.

There wasn't a weak episode until, say, the House Party or Flying Musical episodes, from what I remember. Closest thing would be the Halloween episode, the Squidward transforming into a snail one. Maybe the Sandy's Rocket one, but I still like that one.

I'd say Culture Shock because it's probably the first of it's kind when it comes to Squidward torture porn.
I don't think any of them are terrible, just weaker or somewhat weird ones like sandy's spaceship and I was a teenage gary, or bubble stand.
I’m surprised no one has mentioned Squidward the Unfriendly Ghost as a weak episode
