First Scooby Doo episode you ever watched? This was mine.
Fuck if I know.
>>153270304I don’t know, that shit was like 30 years ago. Last one I watched was the creeper one with my kid.
>>153270304The one where the gang come with a bunch of other folk to a villa on a tiny island that was owned by a confederate guy who included Scoob in his will (dunno the reason for it) and the main antagonists here were those phantom guys whose looks would be later recycled to make the chocolate, strawberry and vanilla phantoms. Not to mention there being that one shadowy phantom who genuinely moved like a living shadow...it actually made my old kid self feel disturbed.
>>153270859Confederate guy was saved by scoob and 150 years oldScooby doo and Shaggy will make south rise again
>>153270961>150 years oldDarn. Forgot that part. What kind of stuff did that guy do and take that he lived that long?
>>153270304The Harum-Scarum Sanitarium or What the Hex Going On?.>>153270961Studying Scooby-Doo will open a rabbit hole were you'll find out just how much confederate culture was present in California. It makes sense when you think about early migration in America.
>>153270304The where are you episode that takes place in a puppet theater
>>153270304Miner 49'er ep. I would've seen Scooby and Scrappy show eps before that but I've no idea what they were ad honestly I wouldn't count them.
>>153271817Same! We had a VHS with it.
>>153270304probably the first ep of the first show, since they played stuff chronologically on Cartoon Network when they first started airing it.
>>153270304The one where Don Knotts messes with them in a hotel and nobody believes Scooby Doo about it.
Pretty sure it was this one on a rerun during early 90s. Remember thinking it was cool and wanting to recreate the bullshit method the culprit made himself transparent.
Spooky Space Kook
I wish I could tell you, but I don't know. I remember watching re-runs on Cartoon Network at a friends house when I was little but I could have seen stuff before that. I also watched some of the red shirt Shaggy movies when I was little too. Like the Reluctant Werewolf and the Boo Brothers one.
First Scooby-Doo epiosdes I watched was a VHS of the first season of the classic series. I don't remember the exact episode, but assuming I watched them in order than it was likely that the Black Knight episode in the Museum was my first one.
>>153273077Imagine if holograms were this easy to make irl.
>>153270304How am I supposed to know nigga
>>153270859A Night of Fright is No Delight.
>>153270304I don't remember if it was the first but the one that really stuck with me was the Space Kook. I didn't have cable so I could only watch it at family's place and I happened to catch a minute or two before leaving. That laugh of his and his ghost ship flying by stuck with me so when I finally got cable I remember constantly watching the show to try and see the episode where he came out.
No idea, but I rememeber really liking The 13 Ghosts of Scooby Doo.
I was very fortunate and actually saw What a Night for a Night as my first Scooby-Doo cartoon episode, but before that my Mom bought me Scooby-Doo: Zombie Island on VHS so that was my first thing ever.
>>153276115Yeah, I was still at my "take everything at face value" stage of my life so I did not consider the possibility that they were just wrong. How would you need to create the effect he did realistically?
>>153270304The one with the thing
>>153270304Probably "High Rise Hair Raiser" since we had it on VHS before we even got cable and Cartoon Network. The intro to the Scooby Doo Show is forever burned into my memory.>>153279395Zombie Island is such a great movie for the franchise. This is what happens when you back off and let people who love the series do their thing.
>>153270348I'm so old that I remember when searching Creeper would still bring up that episode and not the Minecraft monster.
>>153270304Funny enough I only watched First "What is new Scooby doo" And "A pup named Scooby-doo" Reruns first Than the original scooby doo where are you broadcast on the TV. I was always more found of these Newer interactions, But I liked to watch the old ones as well simply to see how cheap and formularic they where. Also the crunchy noise of the regional dub on my country is more nostalgic than the show itself I think. I cannot remember the first episode of the OG series but the oldest memory i have is then getting Lost in the Fog in the middle of the road and finding a Ghost Town/Village in the middle of nowhere after getting lost.
>>153270304Can't recall exactly but the earliest episodes I can remember are:>"A Clue for Scooby Doo" (Captain Cutler)>"Decoy for a Dognapper" >"Never Ape an Ape Man">"Which Witch is Which?">"Go Away Ghost Ship">"That's Snow Ghost">"Nowhere to Hyde">"Mystery Mask Mix-Up"And that was just for 'Where are You?'Plenty more in The New Scooby Doo Show that I can remember.
