Assume Frozen never happens. What changes for animation's history?

Frozen had cultural impact?

I think people overstate the cultural impact of this movie. It was popular for a couple months, and the movie itself wasn’t popular. It was really just one song.

Disney has less money

Epcot still has the Maelstrom ride.
There is absolutely no reason to take kids to epcot at all ever.

More traditional villains

Not much other than Disney not making a lot of money in 2013. They never course corrected anything after this got popular. Big Hero 6, Inside Out, and Zootopia were all in production at the time.

Norway doesn't get a shitload of Japanese and Korean tourists for a few years there.
No shitty sequel in 2019.
Maybe Wish doesn't happen since that was the same director riding on her popularity from Frozen.
