It's just such an iconic character design and there's legitimately no good stories with "her." If someone likes the idea of kid Loki, you can point them to Journey into Mystery, if someone likes teen Loki, have them read Loki: Agent of Asgard, but for Lady Loki there's just the Dark Reign era stuff and some small appearances here and there. I would love nothing more than for a writer to come along and write a genuinely good Lady Loki story. She is simply too enthralling of a character to be left in the repository of yesteryear.
