Anything else like it? Not necessarily hard scifi, just a serialized story, strong focus on theme exploration, generally serious tone, striking visuals and is actually finished.
>>153310756First season went to shit after the pajeet ruined everything. Second season was filled with so much melodrama I couldn't finish it even though it had hot sweaty cunny fucking
I liked how the first season went over how the uploaded people aren’t the real original people but just copies. But then season 2 kinda just glossed over that and then almost everyone uploaded themselves to fortnite anyways. Everything being a simulated scenario of what already happen didn’t really add much. But yeah I did like the part where the cute asian girl gets impregnated.
>>153310756You may or may not like scavengers reign
>>153310756I thought it would be better...
>>153312285it certainly thought it was better than it was
>>153311305I heard that was good, I've still got around to watching that and Mars Express one of these days.
>>153312552NTA, I liked it but I could also see why someone very much wouldn't. It can be artsy and abstract at points in a way I imagine some would find pretentious, and it's quite slow to start. Intentionally slow, so I don't think it's poorly paced, but still slow. Also it was cancelled. Season 1 sort of ends in a reasonable place with most things wrapped up, but then it immediately teases a ton of plotlines that would have happened in season 2 that raised questions we'll never get answers for.
>>153311305I'm watching through Scavenger's Reign now. I think I'm 5 or 6 episodes in and I'm really liking it a lot. I never even heard about it until recently when a friend recommended it.>>153312552I like Mars Express. Without spoiling, that one hits hard.
