I'd make comic Moon Girl as close to cartoon Moon Girl as possible.
If I could bring back Terra Man, it would be with tone like "Florida Man", like he's more famous than Earth or humans throughout space, and all for things like drunkdiving asteroids or poaching alien animals to throw through windows. He'd be a major source for anti-Earth prejudice that only superheroes really get to hear and be embarrassed for.

You don't care about that though.I'd probably do stuff with Katana if I was with DC, and try my hand at making the world actually care about Wonder Woman, namely by highlighting the more interesting villains she's had and adding one or two of my own. And, most importantly, letting Diana be a CHARACTER with a particular personality and background instead of my soapbox about what it means to be a woman or whatever crap Tom King is doing right now. Because I am a fan of DC SHG I might ship Tatsu and Diana despite normally disliking it when characters with well-established straight relationships are suddenly queer. I would also see what I could do with Shining Knight, because I've been obsessed with knights since I was five and also "Patriot Act" was a great JLU episode.So I guess I'd make a team with Tatsu, Diana, and Sir Justin on it.

Kang the Conqueror would also get the hype moments and character shilling plus general propping up guys like Doctor Doom and Magneto get but also without the he's not actually that bad a guy shit. Maybe have an event or major arc where the Avengers get stuck in his future empire and have Kang either get Ravonna back properly or find a new love who would be his right hand in time travel related conquest and boredom staving.Shocker would be alive and more then well to have his own run ala Superior Foes where him, Scorpia, Boomerang and Hydro-man get into wacky capers while trying to just do street level crime with appearances from other supervillains either to get in their way or be allies and provide fun interactions.The Serpent Society and the U-Foes would be made more respected as villains plus get much more prominent usage, give them a significant victory to showcase that things will be different going forward for them as threats. Really most of the Marvel villains would get a buff and be treated as actual characters but also actual opponents that get victories and cause the heroes struggles that aren't just the obvious A-List examples and the writers poochie oc.Dormammu would be the oh shit we are fucked big deal villain of the setting going forward with him killing and consuming Mephisto plus tethering a part of the Dark Dimension into 616. Lastly I'd probably let Kid Kaiju be an active character again since he's the only new young hero worth a damn with his own original identity instead of being a god damn leech.
