It's just hard to write a cartoon where villain wants to reform and not have the heroes support them on that.Adora jumping on the opportunity to fuck someone who intentionally caused her so much trauma is just...See, writers have this idea that if you make a victim forgive the abuser than audience has no choice to forgive them as well cause who they are to talk. But in practice it just makes victim look like a pure innocent soul and makes abuser look worse for harming them. See: Rei defending Endeavor or Gangle standing up for Jax.
