was recently rewatching some episodes of Secret Mountain Fort Awesome and I'm surprised how well it holds up. This would've been a hit on adult swim. Which CN shows from this era do you guys think are underrated?
I know Uncle Grandpa eventually got a reevaluation online but I hope public opinion turns on this one as well, I found it way funnier than UG
>>153358435How much sway did Cartoon Reviewers on youtube even have, seems like every single one of them hated itIf they did have sway I don't think they have it anymore since everyone seems to only know them as weird perverts
>>153358357I miss the problem solverz. Paper rad was awesome.
>>153358435I thought the art design in this one was more ambitious than UG as well. It felt like an animated underground comic from the 90s. UG felt more "phoned in" by comparison, but I guess something simpler is what the kids wanted

>>153358357>Early 2010s CN NostalgiaI hate getting old.
>>153358922Same.
>>153358357I do like the art style for this show. It kinda looks like something you would see in a heavy metal album cover.
>>153358883which one?
>>153361548It sucks they had to down the gross, "punk comix" look in Uncle Grandpa. I loved the shit out of both pilots as a kid, and was so disappointed when the TV show came outI blame the bronyfag wannabe cartoon analysts who plagued youtube and blogging sites back then. They deserved ttg
another cool short-lived show from the era. between this, Problem Solverz and Secret Mountain, CN in the early 2010s felt like "adult swim lite" and i mean that in a good way
and for a real deep cut, there's Exchange Student Zero. this show was like a reverse Kappa Mikey produced by CN Australia. they must've had a lot of faith in it because they debuted it with a full length pilot movie.

>>153363946FusionFall
>>153362305this was alright
>>153358357I watched a bunch of episodes of this when my roommate had netflix like a decade ago. I thought it was an adult swim show and eventually realized it was CN. The one I remember is when they go to the planet where nobody can relieve themselves because the ruler removed all the toilets.
>>153358634You know what's up, anonhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9yI4i8kjTI4I wonder where Ben and the rest of PR are at now
>>153362305>CN in the early 2010s felt like "adult swim lite" and i mean that in a good wayIt was a fun era.
>>153362305Robotomy is peak. It and SuperJail are inspiring and I wish nonstop TTG to anyone who speaks ill of these shows.
>>153358357I remember this show I thought it was ugly as shit so I never watched it
