He was an interesting minor antagonist, and his drama about being disowned by a shitty family tugged at my heartstrings, but Tom Waltz fucked up his idea to make Hob an anti-hero by having him commit large-scale bioterrorism that ruined countless lives, and then have everyone treat him like he didn't actually deserve to be burned alive for an act of evil that put him almost on the level of Krang. Although Waltz also tried to pretend like Krang was innocent from a certain perspective, so that guy is just fucking retarded.
