He basically had a few stories, was part of the Mud Pack story where Basil Karlo got actual powers and then basically retired after getting marries to Lady Clayface, a villain from the Outsiders series. Hagen had been dead since Crisis, Sondra and Preston retired and outside of a Legends of the Dark Knight story basically disappeared for 20 years until Preston was randomly brought back in Cry for Justice to be killed.Sondra's shown up since the reboot but I don't think Preston has.
