>>153379580Look, that premise alone is simple, sure, yet Cameron, the main character, became just a background character to the world around her. When Damian and Jack took over the spotlight, Cam became just a viewer surrogate archetype, one we didn't need at all. We reached a point in the Webcomic Cam could be removed and the story would be the same, at least for the part Viv was exploring before abandoning that shit. And it's frustrating for someone (me) who actually got invested in Cameron's experiences in this place.
