She doesn't look very menacing with those plastic-looking hoses. Otto's tentacles look dangerous with their Aliens/Matrix design.Animated Spiderverse could use some ancillary stories though. Like something explaining why that universe's Peter and this Octopus had a feud. We didn't really get much about that Peter and only got a little Kingpin, which was honestly pretty weak although hilariously proportioned.

I even love how angular and "witchy" her face looks. However, she's definitely not meant to be seen as "attractive" within the context of an animated movie, and I've seen her be referred to as "TF2 Scout in drag" by some tasteless heathens.
