I frankly don't give a fuck because Invincible sucks. But for entertaining both sides, they are fictional characters so getting in an uproar is too much. However, media does influence people to a degree. A depiction isn't an endorsement as anons have said. So portraying rape as a good thing would delude impressionable kids into thinking it is good and to a much lesser degree perhaps get adults to think more leniently towards it. That is when something is an endorsement or leans towards it. So yeah, they said it was bad in the comic. But Ottley trivializing it and making jokes just shows that he doesn't really think it was all that impactful intentionally or unintentionally as a scene. Sure he might post a tweet saying he stands behind it and is proud of it. But that doesn't appear to be the case if this art is all there is. Berserk has a bunch of jokes surrounding Casca.
