While I appreciate the premise a "rebooted" comic is one of the biggest red flags there is when it comes to webcomics

The relationship between the two leads has improved which is a pretty big advancement. But the comic is about to hit it's first big litmus test with the next arc. Depending on how they handle that, will pretty much set the stage for the rest of the comic. I sincerely hope they continue with the changes from the source material because they've all been massive improvements so far.

A vast majority of webcomics do this.
It's pretty much the price of admission in lieu of cash.
Finding a comic that actually finishes is the exception rather than the norm.
You just need to get used to them dying without warning, because it's not restricted to you.
