Rewatching this on Tubi, last time I watched EEnE was about ten years ago. Now seeing how badly the industry has gotten, it is a damn miracle this show was able to do what it did. A completely unique, cartoony show with pretty fucking high production value that only got better over time, some of the best cartoon drawings and gags I've seen, and got to end with a masterful movie on the creator's terms. I genuinely do not know how the fuck Danny Antonucci was able to do it. We can't even do it now. I know this because "The Day The Earth Blew Up" and "Fixed" are not half as cartoony and visually fun as the EEnE movie, and those are movies where passionate artists were trying to give it 110%. The intro car chase is fucking immaculate.

I love ed edd n eddy, I grew up with it and it’s still my favorite show besides maybe yu yu hakusho. I still rewatch it all the time.
