This is still the best movie version of the Hulk.Prove me wrong.

My favorite aspect of Hulk was always the Bill Mantlo/Peter David psychological stuff about the split personalities so this movie being all about that I thought was great. I read in an article with I think the writer of this movie where the crew went to see Raimi’s Spider-Man while Hulk was in production and it got to the part at the end on the bridge with the New Yorkers and when the theater audience started cheering the Hulk crew was like “oh we’re fucked”

>>153441024I didn’t understand it as a kid but it always stuck with me. It helps that the movie plays like a fever dream/subconscious memory. I would’ve cut out the dog side quest entirely, but it’s still my favorite adaption of Hulk becaus of the psychological aspect of Hulk being the repressed child inside Banner
