For me it's Deadly Tales of the Gunslinger.
>>153449793Conan
>>1534497932000AD>>153449827Which one?
>>153449793Redcoat.
>>153449793This one is solid.
>>153449869Pic related. Conan the Barbarian is solid too
>>153449991I do enjoy the Titan stuff quite a bit. The Stygian three timeline story was a good little aside.
>>153449793Currently being published?
>>153450364Sure.
>>153449793Favourite is a strong word, but I've been reading Hyde Street recently.
>>153450841Geoff Johns is usually pretty good.
Spirit of the Shadows from OniTwilight Zone/Rocketeer from IDW (tie)Supergirl from DCDick Tracy from Mad CaveMoon Knight/Hulk from Marvel (tie)Muppet Noir from DynamiteD'Orc/Spawn: The Dark Ages from Image (tie)
>>153452726oh yeah plus the Tales of the Shadowman from Valiant
>>153452726I have yet to read Medieval Spawn, the new one looks like crusades plus Conan.
>>153450364Just current favourite.
>>153453354thats pretty much what it is, along with overt conflict of the church vs paganism. its pretty based
>>153454853I’ll give it a read. I really dig the Spawn adjacent stuff.
>>153449793Hyde Street
>>153455095Is all Ghost Machine worth reading?
>>153455140I think so. I like the books Johns writes more than Peter Tomasi's , but his are pretty good too. But everything Geoff writes is phenomenal in my opinion.
some of the recent ELVIRA books have been FUN
>>153449869>2000ADAgreed, did a digital sub to both 2000AD and The Meg last year and I've been very happy with it. Also been poking around a bit in the web shop and scooping up older titles that I've always wanted to read (mostly Robo-Hunter, Flesh, Harlem Heroes, and Future Shocks)One of the on-goings, Silver, looks rather fun, gonna scoop up the digital trade next month and hopefully get cought up to speedNot terribly sure what to think of Brink desu
>>153456240Elvira is always a baseline level of campy enjoyable. even the harley quinn crossover which i'm currently reading. it helps that Amanda Conner is so horny.
>>153454520>favourite
>>153456240They were surprisingly fun.
I've recently read the Flintstones comic from DC and it was surprisingly very solid
>>153449991>>153450132>Laim Sharp does Conan >Amazing art >Story is incomprehensible Any anons read and understand this story? What was with the Conan doppelganger?
>>153450841>>153449874>>153451045>>153455095>>153455140Based Ghost Machine enjoyers.
>>153460961Sometimes they somehow manage.
>>153451045He's the definition of mid
>>153455140Not really, I find them to be extremely uninspired. Hyde Street in particular reads like a worse version of those horror anthologies like Tales from the Crypt/Creepy and such.
>>153456848You don't like Brink? It's has some good scifi intrigue going on. Personally I prefer Brass Sun but Brink is solid.
Current favorites are Bleeding Hearts and Hornsby & Halo.
>>153449793>>153452726based
>>153452726How is D’Orc?
>>153449889Needs more frequent releases.
>>153464269I'm liking it so far. I like the art. Its not as obnoxious as I Hate Fairyland with the "cartoony style meets high fantasy violence" mix. You kinda know what you're getting with the art style. its definitely not for kids, its more of a PG 13 kinda thing
>>153468803I’ll check it out.
>>153449793none
>>153455095Lmao has bro never heard of a nail-file?
I haven't enjoyed any recent ongoings, but my most recent favorite comic is Sunday by Olivier Schrauwen.
>>153449991superb art.
>>153476182It definitely has that. I also quite enjoy the anthology format as you get a mix of stuff.
>>153461981>>153476182Reminds me of BWS' Conan
>>153449793Why does Gunslinger Spawn have some voodoo witchdoctor lookin' hat if he's just some white cowboy guy?
>>153477348It looks cool and he hides weapons in it.
It might be cheating, but I love it. A great reminder of how comics should really return to single issue stories that still tie into a larger one but can be read on their own.
>>153462006For me, it's Redcoat.
>>153477295That’s dope art.
