You can basically see the whole evolution of urban millenial culture from before 2010 young adult hopefulness into the awakening progressivism and social collective mind of the 2012s and the full blown woke excess of the mid 2010s and then slowly settling into a sort of adult contentedness who realizes that they wont solve the world and can only try to live the happiest life possible.

Her becoming a mom was ultimately her journey into normalcy, a rejection of teenage agst and rebellion, and an acceptance of the status quo. I do kinda feel it desu now that I am entering my 30s, I dont really want to be unique anymore and I am much more accepting of a world that used to feel much more malleable and ripe for change.
