Was GI Joe Sigma 6 any good?Should I just watch some anime instead?
>>153462736I had no idea this existed
The animation was pretty good for the time and it still looks better then most of the crap coming from American cartoons today. The plots are pretty generic. Other than general “Cobra up to no good” I can’t remember any episode that stood out. The only thing I remember was Hawk is layed up in the hospital in the first few episodes which is a possible reference to him getting turned in to a mutant in “Valour vs Venom” but I don’t know if that’s ever been confirmed.
>>153463012yeah i was at the tail end of high school/beginning college age around the time this came out and only found out about it in recent years due to going through an action figure resurgence phase>>153463090yeah it looks pretty good visually which is why i am intrigued. besides the computer generated crap anyways
>>153462736watch anime, see the spriggan (1998) movie if you want a gi joe like movie
>>153463571interesting. any other recommendations?
>>153463650they're not in a modern military setting, but appleseed (1988), armor hunter mellow link, md geist, andarmor troopers votoms
Scarlett was way hotter here than any other version.There. I said it.
>>153463999>andarmor troopers votomsoh hell yeah, i got the jungle version of this like 4 tape set on vhs. haven't opened it yet tho. probably need to find part 1 first
>>153463650If you want other militarykino that the other anon hasn't mentioned there are also various Gundams(Dai 08 MS Shoutai would probably fit the best), Zipzang, Battleship Yamato(both the orginal and the remake are great), Legend of the galactic heroes, Terra e, JinRoh the wolf brigade, Jormungand(it has a shit ending though), Senshatai Dominion and maybe a bit controversial but Xamd as well(I know a lot of people that dislike it).
>>153464823is there no western animation for this type of stuff?
