I had a pretty big crush on Ami as a kid. Now that I think about it, I was into almost any girl character with pink hair/clothes. Amy Rose, Peach, Blossom, Sakura (pic related, not Naruto).
I guess I just associated the colour as being girly, and therefore any girl with pink was extra girly, and therefore extra attractive.

It's your typical aughties comedy cartoon. Highly episodic, every other episode is an excuse to get the girls in different outfits, the humor and tone feel very reminiscent of other flash toons from the day aswell.
