The Salaryman: Villain whose mental powers compels indifference and acceptance to criminal behavior and putting mundane concerns as a higher priority to heroics and vigilantism.

Orgone Donor: A former government scientist tasked with coming up with a solution to Japan's dwindling birth rate, he becomes obsessed with the stimulation of sexual drive through the pituitary gland, creating a device that does just that, the libiditron.
