What one off characters from one adaptation do you wish they would bring into other projects in the franchise?
>>153488591Red Herring wouldn't work outside of a parody context that A Pup Named Scooby Doo had.
>>153488615t. Fred
Ben 10 Omniverse's Rook Blonco.
>>153488615If you tweaked him, you could. Just make him the leader of a rival mystery solving crew that gets the culprit wrong while Fred again, guesses it's always him but then is corrected by Velma. Fred's naivete/goofiness started with that adaptation anyway. The Silver Shroud being more than a one-off and a recurring mentor/confidant could be an interesting foil to Batman. Basically he knows jack about actual crimefighting but his role being a more outsider perspective on Batman could be interesting. Kind of akin to that reporter in Marvels where he documents and interviews people from around Gotham.

>>153488963I was waiting for this shop
>>153488591Lionel Luthor
>>153488615Red Herring could totally work, just make him a vandal who occasionally fucks with whatever site Mystery Inc. is investigating. That's all you need, he's their J. Jonah Jameson except he's just some punk nobody takes seriously. Nobody but Fred, who gets assmad any time Red Herring shows up. If the Hex Girls can become mainstays, so can Red.
>>153488591It seems really odd to me that Scooby is the only character in that series that had consistent relatives that appeared in more than one show or movie. Why not throw Madelyn in another work to give Velma more character development or have Shaggy's uptight parents from Mystery Incorporated?
>>153488615Exactly. It's a great bit but it's not gonna work very well with the adult Scooby gang except as a one off bit.
>>153488591I would have said Hex Girls all the way. But they eventually did just that.Maybe Daphne's Scottish cousin, she was a mega-babe.
>>153488963Fred Herring and Red
Guys. He'd just be a P.I. with his own startup trying to make it big by posting his incorrect findings on the web. But slapstick always prevents him from getting on the scene first so the gang can look around. And when he's in the episode, he always guesses wrong. His start up is called Red Hair Inc.
>>153488591Funny you say that, because apparently, a character named "Red Harris" has been casted for the Netflix Scooby-Doo thing.
>>153491924is his ass hair red too?
