Meanwhile everyone at this company is overworked and underpaid. Every person I’ve talked to is completely burnt out. And I know a lot of people have the same complaints about their own job but sadly the entertainment industry is getting smaller and smaller and people like them will continue to take advantage of those just trying to get by. Employees at Glitch are struggling to find any motivation. This is a warning for those who see Glitch as a beacon of hope. The success this company has had is off the backs of professionals struggling to find work, while tricking people into believing that they care about the indie space or those in it and reaping the rewards or someone else’s labor.>Everything will come out at some point and it will not be shocking to those who work(ed) at Glitch to see its fall from grace. The fatigue has set in, and people IN THE COMPANY are talking to each other. If you don’t believe me, just do your research on their CEO (who has already had to make a public apology once for how he treats those around him) and you’ll find past employees who have absolutely nothing nice to say about ____.
