What are some of the more interesting comic book villains you've come across?
I made this for a favorite villain thread, but I think it fits better here.

I always liked Dekko in Scott McCloud's webcomic story of Zot. I'll spoiler in case but the whole comic can be read here: https://www.scottmccloud.com/1-webcomics/zot/index.html

Basically Dekko has kidnapped a bunch of people, an unbiased sample size who he's given robot bodies to live through like in Surrogates. It's a gift from him, immortality. After a debate the people choose to get their bodies back and Dekko says he's gonna kill them! Zot is too late to stop him but they find out he hasn't done anything to them, resulting in pic related. I just like the idea that in a sense he did set their deaths in motion by removing the opportunity for immortality.

Yeah i had not clue either
zot was that one random book i read in high school on a whim cause I remembered the scott mccloud spoof from housepets and really enjoyed it

I really like how Scott set the threat levels in Zot
Where the heavy hitters like Zybox, Dekko, and 9 Jack 9 play around with what mankind's relationship with machinery will be like
Devos are too silly, Bellows' obsession with the past makes him harmless, and the Blotch....okay honestly what he represents has probably gotten worse over the years but still

Pretty sure mid-center is from Captain Britain, Alan Moore's run maybe?
