Why does Batman have so many accessories, while other heroes have almost nothing?

Because his thing is using gadgets to subsidize his lack of powers. Other non powered heroes similarly use gadgets

They just don't use as much as Batman because in universe he's richer than all of them combined and out of universe he has more stories to use gadgets than all of them combined.
