I didn't like it, I didn't hate it. Perfectly middle of the road movie which is basically my thoughts on literally every Pixar movie released this decade.My only takeaway is that Pixar has finally realized kids don't watch them anymore and pivoted really hard away from the muh feels/deep messages stuff they're known for.

It was fun but not quite as fun as a lot of the reviews made it out to be, felt a bit scattershot, cramming in too many ideas that kept coming out of nowhere. The film took multiple wild pivots.It also seemed to be hinting that staying as the beaver too long would fry her brain but they obviously scrapped it so they had to rush in ways to make it so she was human for the finale and couldn't visit the beaver king as humanTook me way to long to recognise that the old scientist was Peggy.
