Both are good and worth your time.I'd say Fractured But Whole had better gameplay, I prefer how you had an entire chess board to maneuver your characters around, you could push people around, shoot from a distance, cast spells in a cone. It was cool. Sadly Stick of Truth ultimately wins out cause you can have Butters or Jimmy directly behind you and talking to you the whole playthrough. Versus Fractured But Whole where you have a full team of four who only pop in for fighting.
I like Stick of Truth more because it's basically a decent paper mario clone, but I haven't played TFBW myself so I can't say honestly which is better. The gameplay just looked like an unnecessary change to me.

Fractured's humor feels like modern South Park where it's based around whatever was happening in the news that week. It also abruptly stops like they got bored of writing it.In terms of gameplay, Fractured is far better though.

I actually prefer fractured over stick. You get more customization options and the gameplay is better. Only problem is the anti-white cop jokes are really lame and right out of The Daily Show.

Stick of Truth is one of the best South Park story arcs of all time. Too bad it's kind of bad as a game.Fractured but Whole is kind of a better game but also boring and has a much worse story.

The second one is more mechanically complex but is full of missed opportunities gameplaywise and can get really annoying with the main farting mechanic, plus the story kinda goes all over the place and is much less thematically tight.

A shame, because I actually kinda liked seasons 25 and 26.Stick of Truth was excellent all the way through. A must play for fans, even if they fell off the show in later years. Feels inline with early/mid 2000's South Park despite releasing in 2014.Fractured But-Whole was more inline with modern south park in vibe and tone, which may not be as appealing to everyone. I do think its better written than most modern south park, though. It released around the time they had president Garrison on the show, so hes completely absent from the game unfortunately.
