A concentrated marketing plan from Marvel that started in the 2000s by bringing her back and putting her in increasing amounts of focus in the comics and then expanding to other media. Rivals itself was explosively popular so that is one of her big examples.
So when are they going to figure out how to make her brother interesting enough to be a main character again?
