Fisk being torn apart by random New Yorkers would be an extremely fitting end to his story as a very clear representation of NYs rejection of him AND it would keep Matts hands clean. Now not only are we going to suffer more of the same bullshit with Fisk but literally every single person he kills going forward is (once again) on Matt.Fucking hell Buck and ICE agent guy didn't even get real comeuppance and Matthew Lillards character got away scotfree with Bullseye. Villains were eaten good this finale and im not happy about it.

The first season hooked me because matt actually losing something real in foggy and suffering something as absurd as fisk winning the mayoral election made it seem like they might take his character in interesting directions.After the third-or-so legal avenue to take down fisk was assassinated and daredevil still went "nooooo we have to do it legit" it started feeling like soap opera logic
