>villain is evil for no reason
They had to throw in line about him being corrupted spirit energy and being butthurt about EarthBenders murdering his comrades, because there is literally no other reason for him to conflict with Aang.

Airbenders fucking suck, and it doesn't matter what time period they're destined to just get wiped out by another element.

>>153560093
how does he have gains like that with a vegetarian diet
>>

Vegetarian ≠ vegan
I don't remember if airbenders eat eggs or dairy but if they do, them there ya go: dude's eating palak paneer morning, noon and night.

Semen has lots of protien.

It doesn't, actually. It's mostly water and carbs.

... Having his entire squad get genocided is a pretty good reason. Like that turns rational men unrational.

>paneer
Yeah, homemade, superfirm, low-moisture paneer can have as much as 32g of protein per 100g and since it's animal derived protein, it's complete and 100% bioavailable.
That's as much as beef jerky.
And if you make rushan, which is basically cheese jerky, it's got even more protein but rushan needs to be rehydrated some in order to eat it.

>per 100g
Why do people always do this when comparing meat/dairy vs vegetarian/vegan options? People's limiting factor is usually cost (lots of vegetarian protein is actually less expensive, no issue on this front, I love beans) or calories (trying to get enough protein without getting fat or having to run it all off can actually be legit annoying if you have high needs and also want to limit cost, especially if you want variety).

Not criticizing vegetarian/vegan diets, you can definitely make them work. And I don't even think you need as much protein as people obsess over, even when gaining muscle. This just triggers my autism. You have a daily food weight limit? You going on a backpacking trip to space? Is it simply because it's the metric that makes it look favorable, even if it's nonsense?

Fuck why does this peeve me so much? I stay off /fit/ for a reason lol

We use 100g because it's the easiest way to figure out percentages. That's all. 32g of protein means that 100g of paneer is 32% protein, ya kin?
As for price, never ever ever ever ever buy paneer. That shit is piss easy to make and you can often talk the dairy manager at the supermarket to sell you expiring milk for cheap. One store sells us expiring-that-day milk for 33¢ a gallon so we buy three, my wife pulls out her huge-ass pot and she makes a fucktonne of paneer. It's good shit and it's retarded cheap.

But per 100 kcal would also work for percentages when comparing. Obviously I get why the food labels should have per 100g, but when comparing "bang for buck protein" it's a bad metric.

Also, valid on the "make-your-own". I forgot to include prep work as one of my limiting factors that can make vegetarian/vegan protein more annoying. I think sometimes it's death-by-a-thousand-cuts on why people just end up picking a more familiar/convenient/efficient option.

Also not knowing how to cook lol
