Aside from porn jokes, the reason for most of these is that people draw the show they wish they got and not the one they actually got. People wished Alison or Jessica had more screentime in the Simpsons because it adds more girl characters and they would work as a friend for Lisa and a foil for Bart respectively (in reality they were never gonna be there more than one episode because they're both highly paid guest voices). People wanted Jackie Lynn to be more of a character in Star Vs. because she had a neat design and was an alternative love interest for Marco, and that's without going into the fan theory that she was secretly a mermaid.Generally if something in a show can be interpreted as potential for extra drama and romance, fans will try to draw what they wish happened, except they'll do it really half-assedly because they're fans and not professional artists.
