>>153586426Right. Much like how Spider-Man 2099 isn't blue, Batman's mask wasn't suppose to have a big black faceplate. His cape and cowl were obstinately still black back in the Silver Age; just with blue for highlights. The 60s show is what cemented Batman has being blue until the 80s movie.

Lynda Carter was about the same age as Reeve and Keaton(who were born in '52/51 respectively) so she still would've been young enough. Reeve's last Superman movie was only two years before Batman '89.

I might be in the minority opinion on this but I like the Batman mask from the 1943 serial.There's something about the ears that reminds me of a Halloween devil. It's actually kind of frighting if you where a superstitious 1940's gangster.
