Since Wishology came out after Channel Chasers and is the more updated timeline that aligns with current canon (Poof/Peri is in A New Wish), and Hartman has no involvement in A New Wish, it’s safe to say Trixie won. This is further supported by the fact that in the future, the live-action Drake Bell films can also be disregarded, as Timmy becomes a fairy and Poof’s ability to speak doesn’t follow temporal canonicity.
