Mammals are only incidentally poisonous, and very few are venomous. As in, mammals haven't adapted to produce poison specifically to prevent predation. That's just not a mammalian strategy. They are only poisonous by coincidence of circumstance. Like for instance if a mammal's diet consists of something a potential predator would have a hard time digesting.
